The 52-year-old, like her partner, the former sports moderator Gerhard Delling, is charged. He is accused of aid. Block and Delling had denied the accusations of the indictment before the trial started. Four other men and one woman are also charged.

From the public prosecutor’s point of view, the crime went out like this: After a long custody dispute, several men were lurked on New Year’s Eve 2023/24 two of the four children of Christina Block and the father Stephan Hensel in Süddänmark. The perpetrators are said to have hit Hensel, who then dragged ten and 13 -year -old children into a car and brought to Germany. According to the indictment, Christina Block had given the order for this.
