Yusuf Maart arrived in Ried on Saturday, the red-white-red card was requested on Monday and on Tuesday evening the 29-year-old’s transfer was officially confirmed by SV Ried. The OÖN have already reported several times about the upcoming change of the central midfielder, who was recently captain at the South African top club Kaizer Chiefs (Johannesburg). The 1.70 meter tall player, who has almost 100,000 followers on Facebook, signed a contract in Ried by 2027, including the option, for an extension.
