Where is Christian Wilflingseder? Relatives and friends have been asking themselves this question since last Sunday. Since then, there has been no trace of the 45-year-old Rieder, who has lived in Linz with his girlfriend Monika Krisan for about a year and a half. The Innviertler, who grew up in Dorf an der Pram, who is the father of three children, said on Sunday evening to his girlfriend that he wanted to fill up the car and measure the tire pressure.

“It was around 9:30 p.m. when he left the apartment. It was actually planned that we will drive to Vienna-Schwechat airport at 11:30 p.m. to fly to Turkey in the morning. After not getting back, I tried to reach him on my cell phone. Then I noticed that he left his cell phone at home. The car was in the underground car park,” says Monika Krisan in conversation with the oönrichten.
“With the nerve at the end”
“It drives me crazy. He took his wallet with him. The pass is no longer in the apartment. I have hardly slept since Sunday. I am at the end with my nerves, after all I love him,” says the friend’s girlfriend. According to Krisan, her friend had not booked a vacation at all. She only found that after she disappeared.
According to Krisan, she is in contact with the criminal police. The press office of the Upper Austria police confirmed to the OÖN that a missing person was received.
