Péter Glöckler takes over the management of the Süd + Ost segment and thus succeeds Alfred Watzl. The Supervisory Board ordered Glöckler today, Monday, with immediate effect, the company announced in a broadcast. In addition to Austria, he is responsible for Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania and also the markets of Southeast Europe. Watzl had resigned in the middle of last week.
The ex-board, which worked for Strabag for 26 years, is eliminated by mutual agreement and will be reoriented professionally. Glöckler joined the group in 2003 as a technical manager in the field of concessions in Hungary. Most recently, he was responsible for a total of twelve countries as a division manager of Southeast Europe.
