The accident occurred on the Weichstettener Straße between Weichstetten and St. Marien around 1.47 p.m.
According to initial information, the driver was able to leave the cab independently – he was medical care on site, but should have remained unharmed. The cargo, several air conditioners, remained undamaged in the truck.

The emergency services then focused on securing the accident site and the necessary clean -up work. The Weichstettener Straße remains closed for the duration of the mountains between Weichstetten and St. Marien.
