The Japanese tea grand master Sen Genshitsu has served tea and monarch tea in the course of his life head – now he has died at the age of 102. The Japanese television station NHK and the newspaper “Yomiuri Shimbun” reported on Thursday of the death of the internationally known grand master.
Genshitsu was known worldwide
“A bowl of tea makes the mind very peaceful,” he said in an interview with the broadcaster NHK in 2023. “If everyone is peaceful, there will be no war.”
