Around 40,000 locals and tourists followed the traditional Palio horse racing on Saturday evening. The Valdimontone district won the exciting competition on the Piazza del Campo, the main square of the Tuscan city. The district owed the victory to the Jockey Giuseppe Zedde, who led the horse Anda e Bola to success.
