Palfinger: record sales

The listed Salzburg lifting device manufacturer Palfinger, which also operates a large plant in Lengau (Braunau district), increased its net profit by 74 percent to EUR 87 million in the past financial year. This means that Palfinger has the CEO Andrew Klauser even better than 2019.

Sales increased from 1.54 to 1.84 billion euros. In 2019 it was 1.75 billion euros, the company announced last night in a broadcast. The operating result (EBIT) grew from 100 to 155 million euros (2019: 149 million euros). The shareholders are to receive a dividend of EUR 0.77 per share. Today, Thursday, Palfinger is presenting further key figures at the balance sheet press conference in Vienna.

As reported, Palfinger is targeting sales of two billion euros for 2022. By 2024 it should be around 2.3 billion, purely from organic growth. The EBIT margin should reach ten percent by then.
