Constitutional Majority Necessary?
In the committee, the opposition had doubted that a constitutional provision was needed for this and suspected that the coalition only wanted to blame it if the law did not pass. Wöginger replies: Since this is a deviation from the Financial Constitution Act, a constitutional majority is necessary.
