The 16-year-old from the Urfahr area is infected with Covid-19 and is therefore currently officially isolated. Nevertheless, on Wednesday evening he attended a birthday party with around 15 participants in the neighboring community. That might not have suited someone. He or she called the police and gave the anonymous tip.
A look at his segregation address confirmed the suspicion that he had left it without permission, according to the police in a broadcast. The police reached the youth by telephone, whereby he “expressed his non-cooperation”. Even before the officials arrived at the birthday party, the 16-year-old had left and was heading towards his home address, where he is now again.
He is reported to the public prosecutor’s office in Linz on suspicion of intentionally endangering people through communicable diseases.
