Many cooks spoil the porridge – that is what the vernacular tells us. Because of: Many chefs, especially since hood and star chefs, refine what later comes to the plate, in a very tasty way- this is what happened in straps on Saturday evening. 17 hoods and four stars were united in the Innviertel community, and their carriers-six chefs with Innviertler reference-had prepared great things for an exquisite crowd of guests: from grilled oysters to the cooked shoulderscherzl, from Hamachi-Sushi to the crispy potato rose, accompanied by wine from the Wachau and South Styria and roasted coffee and native burned. How did it come about? An anniversary of the Gurten Gastrof family Bauböck brought the six highly decorated chefs to the Innviertel.
