“The Embassy recommends following the instructions and information from the Ukrainian authorities. We advise Argentines in Kiev to stay in their homes/places of location unless the alarm sirens are activated”the embassy said in a statement.
Through a statement from the Argentine delegation in Kiev published on the social network Facebook, it was noted that “by virtue of the state of emergency decreed by the Ukrainian authorities on that date, it is suggested that the compatriots in Ukraine bear in mind that the measure entails a series of guidelines to be contemplated, especially in relation to the need to carry documentation that allows the verification of the identity of the people”.
