The villagers lined up 8,940 partial strudel on Saturday and thus reached a total length of 3.136 kilometers, as Paulina Sapinska from the Guinness Book of Records confirmed according to meticulous measurements. According to the organizers, a total of two tons of flour and three tons of apples were baked.

Numerous volunteers helped to put the whirlpools baked according to a regional recipe at the traditional whirlpool festival. “You worked so hard,” visitor Monika Ivis praised the commitment of the villagers. “It tastes great.” After the successful record attempt, the strudel pieces should be donated to various charity organizations and facilities.
