The award -winning diploma work project Helios The HTL Braunau was “handed over” to the Braunau fire brigade: The Diplomands Felix Auer, Konstantin Bandat and Elia’s mother have developed a system that is gradually being used in real inserts and is to be continued to be expanded continuously.
Helios stands for “Helping Emergency Location Information and Orientation System”. The development of the Innviertler is intended to support fire brigades in orientation in complex buildings. With the help of artificial intelligence, existing fire protection plans can be automatically digitized and relevant elements such as fire detectors, escape routes or important rooms can be recognized.
