After the fall, the party leader, Ebba Buschquickly intervened to help the minister get up. Lann was taken from the room but could return after a few minutes. Once he replied, he said he had suffered a drop in blood sugar.
“This was not a normal Tuesday, and this is what can happen when you have a low level of blood sugar,” he said. The Actonbladet media said the press conference had to be interrupted since the camera moved away from the official for a few minutes.
