Disease wave: easy all -clear at SV Oberbank Ried

Mark Grosse, most recently double scorer against the LASK, is back in team training.
Short review during training on Friday

Only eleven field players were able to take part in the training of SV Ried on Tuesday afternoon. The reason for this was a wave of illnesses – several players and employees of the coaching team – were particularly ill with Corona, the OÖN reported exclusively. In addition, Jonas Mayer, Peter Kiedl and newcomer Nicolas Bajlicz, who were used for the U21 national team, were also missing on Tuesday.

Very unusual scenes took place on Wednesday in the Klaus-Roitinger Stadium, where the Rieder usually trains. The video analysis was relocated to the stands of the stadium. A television was set up, the players took a seat in the stands and listened to the coaches’ explanations.

Positive: Mark Groß and Martin Rasner were back at the training session on Friday morning. A large part of the coaching team is apparently healthy again, only athletic trainer Mauro Zanoguera was missing on Friday.

Only Ante Bajic, Antonio van Wyk. The duo should not be an issue for the home game against Hartberg (2.30 p.m.). Joris Boguo should also not be operational. The question of how fit the other most recent players are cannot be answered from the outside. It is quite possible that, for example, big ones will not play from the start. In this case, the final decision for the starting XI will really only be a few hours before the kick -off.
