The Foreign Ministry updated information for Argentines who want to leave Ukraine

The Foreign Ministry today updated the information for Argentines who reside in Ukraine and want to leave that country due to the war with Russia, and recalled that Ukraine’s air traffic is suspended, so the only access route to other countries is by land.

Meanwhile, in Romania, there are three open border crossings: “Halmeu”, “Sighetu Marmaiei” and “Siret”.

The entry requirements are: valid passport, proof of economic resources and present COVID Certificate / COVID Discharge Certificate / Negative PCR Test done 72 hours before the border crossing / rapid antigen test translated into English (children under 12 years of age are excepted) and proof of financial means.
