Andreas Döllerer from the pleasure worlds in Golling in Salzburg is one of the best chefs in Austria and known for his “Cuisine Alpine”, which focuses entirely on local products. Sören Herzig is one of the young creative people who want to “surprise” his guests in his restaurant in Vienna with extraordinary dishes and taste experiences, as he tells the OÖN in an interview.

The recipes are selected – but not easy and therefore more “for experts”. Or as Sören Herzig puts it: “Perfect to get inspiration – or to raise his culinary art to the next level”.
