On October 1, all of Austria celebrates the day of coffee and focuses on the favorite drink. The Welser Peter Zechmeister celebrates twice. Ten years ago he founded his “Dunkelhell” roastery. The special thing about it: Zechmeister not only roasts coffee, but also built the roaster.
