“I think Hamas is ready for lasting peace”said the president of the United States, Donald Trump, on his social truth platform and said he demanded that “stop bombing Gaza”, after the Palestinian Islamist movement declared himself willing to free the hostages.

“According to the statement that Hamas has just issued, they seem willing to reach a lasting peace. Then Israel must immediately stop the bombing of Gaza to be able to free the hostages safely and quickly!”Trump declared.

Hamas’s response arose after Trump established on Sunday night October 5 as the final deadline to answer the peace plan which he presented earlier this week at the White House or, otherwise, he would face a “hell.”

“The movement announces its approval for the release of all hostages – vivivas and mortal remains – according to the exchange formula included in President Trump’s proposal,” Hamas said in a statement, and added that he is ready to start negotiations “to discuss the details.”

Trump also shared Hamas’s statement in his social networks, an almost unprecedented action for an American president. So did the White House.

Trump presented the 20 -point peace plan along with Israeli prime minister, Benjamin Netanyahuin the White House last Monday, and said that if Hamas rejected him, he would support Israel to “conclude the work.”

A senior Hamas official, Mahmud Mardawi, He declared the press on Friday that Trump’s plan is “Imprecise, ambiguous and lacks clarity.”
