- Algorithm: Algorithms are the basis of functioning computers. It is gradually instructions that a program – similar to a cooking recipe – carries out in order to perform a specific task.
- Big data: Big data describes data quantities that are so large and complex that they can no longer be processed using conventional data processing methods. The aim is to systematically analyze these amounts of data in order to recognize patterns and relationships.
- Cloud: The cloud is a network of servers that are accessed on the Internet to save data or carry out programs. This enables users to access content and services from anywhere.
- Darknet: The Darknet is a shielded part of the Internet that cannot be found through conventional search engines and can only be reached with special software.
- E-commerce: E-commerce is the sale of goods or services via the Internet, i.e. via websites, apps or online marketplaces.
- Follower: A followers is a person who subscribes to another person, brand or organization on a social media platform (Instagram, X, Tiktok, etc.). The number of followers is an important benchmark for the range and the influence of a profile.
- Gaming: Playing video games, be it on game consoles, computers or mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets, is called gaming.
