Several Israeli media outlets reported early on Monday that seven of the people abducted from Israel had been handed over to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). The seven hostages are Guy Gilboa-Dalal, Alon Ohel, Omri Miran, Gali and Ziv Berman, Matan Angrest and Eitan Mor.

A total of 20 living hostages are expected to be released today. Israel’s military does not assume that the Palestinian terrorist organization will be able to hand over all 28 dead hostages on Monday – within the 72-hour period agreed as part of the ceasefire. After the hostages have been handed over to the ICRC, the abductees are to be handed over to the Israeli military within the coastal strip. In the Reim military camp on the edge of the Gaza Strip, there will be a first reunion with relatives, a medical examination and the opportunity to shower and change clothes. The people should then be flown to hospitals for further treatment.
