The satirical video by the Handelsakademie Braunau has only been online for a few weeks and has already broken a record: with more than 35,000 clicks, it is the most successful Austrian school video published on YouTube. “It’s a great story for the school and everyone involved,” says Christian Klika from the advertising agency “brothers,” which produced the film. “For me too, it was a very positive return to my former school and I’m already looking forward to further joint projects with the dedicated team of teachers,” says Klika, who graduated from the commercial academy himself 16 years ago.
As already reported, the school presents itself in a self-ironic and creative way in the almost three-minute video, inspired by the advertising campaign of the city of Linz. The whole school was involved in the video, and the screenplay was based on a survey of all students. It can be seen on the HAK Braunau YouTube channel.
