After Mitter, men’s boss Puelacher also stops

The Tyrolean announced this in an online press conference on Saturday afternoon. The Tyrolean took over the job in April 2014. In the ÖSV, this leads to far-reaching restructuring in the alpine area. Christian Mitter announced on Thursday that he was retiring as a women’s racing director.

“We are approaching the end of the season, the contracts are expiring,” said ÖSV President Roswitha Stadlober in Oslo to ORF. Is Patrick Riml a successor candidate for a coaching position? “Patrick Riml is always a candidate, you have to see where he has his strengths, it’s clear that we want to keep him.”

Only on Wednesday was it announced that Herbert Mandl, the former long-term head coach of the ÖSV women, will take over overall responsibility for the alpine area from May 1st. A position that Riml actually currently holds.
