Shortly after 1 a.m., a police patrol in the old town became aware of the 16-year-old Bosnian from Linz because he behaved provocatively towards the officers. During the identity check, the boy became increasingly aggressive, shouted loudly, did not want to identify himself and verbally abused the police officers. After repeated requests to stop his behavior and after several warnings, the arrest was pronounced. The 16-year-old was handcuffed and anklecuffed.
When he was arrested, he spat on the police officers and continued to shout. The suspect was taken to the police detention center. A small amount of marijuana was found during his search. Due to the alcohol consumption and aggressiveness, no interrogation could be carried out for the time being. Further surveys will follow.
