The Vöcklabruck district has 43 local groups in which more than 2000 women are active and committed. The exhibition shows a journey through the history of the gold hood and headscarf groups in Vöcklabruck. The journey through time begins in 1976, when Rosemarie Landl founded the first gold hood groups. After Rosi Baumgardinger, Gerlinde Reissig has now taken over the office of district chairwoman. Visitors are offered a comprehensive picture of the preservation of tradition and cultural heritage. The love of traditional costume detail is made clear on many objects. The exhibition is open daily from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. until March 26.
