The café opened its doors at the beginning of March, and the Cucina Italiana will follow at the beginning of April. Behind it are two entrepreneurs, Tudi Dinu and Christoph Nestinger, who spent a year and a half developing the two restaurants with great attention to detail. From the design to the interior design to the menus, one concept runs through.
The Stadt Café Traun, which is already open, offers 45 seats in the café and 200 seats in the outdoor dining area, which will officially open on May 15th. For the classic breakfast (until 12 p.m.) a brunch is offered on Sundays and public holidays, otherwise there are city snacks and of course coffee and cake.
The “basta! – Cucina Italiana” will offer traditional stone oven pizzas from the Sicilian pizza maker Toto. In addition, homemade pasta, fresh meat and fish dishes or vegetarian delicacies will also be on the menu. 85 seats in the restaurant and a further 85 seats in the guest garden (also open from mid-May) will be available.
