Bike through the Rockies

Unlimited freedom, gripping stories, pure adventure – that’s what Anita Burgholzer and Andreas Hübl from Steyr experienced on a 5000-kilometer bike trip along North America’s mightiest mountain range, the Rocky Mountains. From the grandiose, high-alpine mountain landscapes of Canada to the lonely desert of New Mexico, the two wildly rugged mountains and glowing glaciers followed. They cycled through endless forests and boundless prairies, scaled high passes and plunged into the monotonous solitude of the desert. On their way they met warm-hearted “Trail Angels”, drink-loving dropouts and charismatic originals.

The couple will be touring through the Mühlviertel in the coming days with a very personally designed, thrilling video report. Tomorrow (7.30 p.m.) at Stadtkino Grein, on Friday (7.30 p.m.) at Lichtspiele Katsdorf and on Wednesday, March 23, at Kino Freistadt (8 p.m.).
