The help of the Catholics is not just limited to words: the Steyr-Resthof parish has been bringing relief supplies to the Ukraine for two weeks. In Ortisei, the community and church people have united to form a community of help. The 15 parishes of the dean’s office introduced a building block campaign with 1000 stones at a price of 20 euros each, with the proceeds of which Caritas provides food, medicine and clothing for the people in Ukraine.
