A 15-year-old girl from the Rohrbach district is said to have passed cannabis on to a friend of the same age. The drug came from the garden of the 15-year-old’s parents.
The 15-year-old girl’s boyfriend of the same age was then supposed to sell the drugs – and share the proceeds with her. However, he is said to have never kept the second part of the deal.
A search of the parents’ house also found drugs and related paraphernalia. The girl’s mother admitted to having grown cannabis in her garden for the past two years. Her partner sold the cannabis herb and exchanged it for other drugs.
The partner was stopped a little later on the way home at a traffic check. He is said to have thrown a small amount of amphetamine out of the car.
An investigation showed that the man was under the influence of drugs at the wheel. His driver’s license was provisionally confiscated. All those involved will be reported to the public prosecutor’s office in Linz.
