“You will only see results in three to five years”

Specifically, the long-awaited seating (made of concrete using 3D printing) and the Linz letters are to be set up in the summer. Otherwise there are no tangible results for the time being. “But concrete results will only be seen in city marketing in three to five years,” says the chairman of the supervisory board, Manfred Schauberger, who is therefore asking for “a little patience”. “We have now created the infrastructure for the company. In May, for example, we will move into the new office in the old town. Two new employees will also start their job in May,” says Schauberger, “we have 90 percent of the work plan presented in December for the time being semester done.” Manager Elke Pflug adds: “In the area of ​​business premises, the goal is to create meaningful data on the basis of which considerations can be made about profitable further development of the city center.”
