Man died after argument with security at techno party

The police and public prosecutor’s office in Bochum announced on Sunday morning that a security employee had been taken into custody for the time being. An autopsy was also ordered on the body to determine whether the cause of death was “death from an internal cause”.

A homicide squad was set up to investigate the incident. According to a statement from the police and the public prosecutor’s office, the 41-year-old was denied entry to the RuhrCongress prior to the event. The rejected man then asked for admission again and got into an argument with the security staff. It then came to fisticuffs, in which an employee fixed the 41-year-old, according to the announcement.

Suddenly the man had to be resuscitated. He was then taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead after several hours of attempts to revive him.
