“I think a fresh breeze is good for the club. I actually announced in January 2020 that I would quit, but then the corona pandemic more or less intervened,” says Dobler-Strehle. A new chairman should have the opportunity to put together his own team.
Together with the board, he invites colleagues from business to get actively involved in the Rieder merchant team, says Dobler-Strehle. Until Monday, April 25th, suggestions for names for the chairmanship or for one of the board positions can be submitted. A new board will be elected at a general meeting in June.
“I do believe that we have achieved a lot for the city in recent years. But now it’s time for a new chairman to put his ideas into practice,” says Dobler-Strehle, who thanked Rieder Business for the good cooperation and the thanks for constructive discussions.
