A new wave of armed violence reveals to New York

The bloodshed began with a triple shooting in Bedford Stuyvesant (Brooklyn) shortly before 4:30 p.m. local time.

Minutes later a 41-year-old man was injured in Cypress Hill (Brooklyn), and at 20, Wayne Goodwin, 22, was killed in the Bronx a few blocks from his home, while a 21-year-old and a 47-year-old were injured.

In another shooting, Sally Ntim, 23, died after being shot in the head, as well as Jessie Bynum, 21, who died around 10 p.m.

The staggering wave of gun violence in New York came two days after Mayor Eric Adams express his “concern” about the continuing rise in crime in the coming summer months.

This morning the New York Police Department arrested Frank James, the main suspect in yesterday’s shooting at a subway station in the neighborhood of Sunset Park in Brooklyn, ABC News reported.
