No “Family Putz” should be portrayed, but families from the communities with whom the residents can identify – that is the plan for the new homepage of the Westwinkel association. The merger of the five municipalities of Strengberg, St. Pantaleon-Erla, Ernsthofen, Ennsdorf and St. Valentin strengthens the economy with local companies. Now the public appearance of the association is to be redesigned and represent the strength of the five communities. For this reason, the Westwinkel association is looking for model families in the five communities who are enthusiastic about photo shoots – for example in nature, while shopping or in ordinary everyday situations.
There are no prerequisites for participation, only “the desire to be photographed,” says project manager Christa Birmili. “If there are children, they must want to join in. But we are also looking for older couples – that is, across the board.”
No professional models
The photos are used for various publications by the Westwinkel association: on the homepage, social media and also for articles in newspapers. Together with photographer Maria Auinger, who is in charge of the shoot, numerous ideas for the shoots were developed, which are photographed in the five communities depending on the season, says Birmili.
Project manager Birmili was clear from the start that no professional models would be involved: “Since our association stands for regionality, we want to emphasize this with this campaign. As many people as possible from the communities should be integrated.” Applications with a photo can be sent to info@westwinkel.at; Westwinkel vouchers are available as compensation. (cape)
