No diplomatic dialogue
The Ukrainian government affirmed this Sunday that does not maintain high-level diplomatic contacts with Russia since at the beginning of this month he denounced the massacre of hundreds of civilians in Bucha at the hands of Russian troops.
“Consultations can continue at the expert level, but High-level negotiations are not taking place.”said the Foreign Minister of Ukraine, Dmytro Kulebato the American television station CBS.
“After Bucha it became especially difficult to talk to the Russians,” the head of Ukrainian diplomacy remarked, according to the Europa Press news agency.

Ukraine and Russia had resumed diplomatic negotiations on the 1st of this month, but the next day kyiv denounced the mass murder of hundreds of civilians in Buchawith images that caused worldwide shock.
