Russia redoubles its attacks and dialogue with Ukraine is complicated

No diplomatic dialogue

The Ukrainian government affirmed this Sunday that does not maintain high-level diplomatic contacts with Russia since at the beginning of this month he denounced the massacre of hundreds of civilians in Bucha at the hands of Russian troops.
