The interview is scheduled to air Monday evening in full on TalkTV’s Piers Morgan Uncensored show. In an article in the “Sun”, Morgan explained how he was angry about his questions about the lost election and the storming of the Capitol on January 6, 2021. The abrupt end was preceded by a dispute after Trump was said to have leaked a document with critical comments from Morgan. The moderator had previously considered himself a longtime friend of Trump.
Piers Morgan is returning to screens after a lengthy hiatus doing talk shows for media mogul Rupert Murdoch’s News Corporation. He is known for biting criticism of politicians and celebrities and has also worked on Duchess Meghan several times. After she made allegations of racism against the royal family in her interview with US talker Oprah Winfrey, Morgan sharply criticized Prince Harry’s wife. In an argument with a colleague, he stormed out of the studio and soon after canceled his contract.
