At the district conference of the ÖVP-Wirtschaftsbund Vöcklabruck, Stefan Mayer was unanimously elected the new district chairman. The Lenzinger replaces Stephan Preishuber, who has been in office since 2019. Mayer is the managing director of Stefan Mayer tender and construction supervision GmbH in Lenzing and has been the managing partner of Bau Pesendorfer GmbH since 2012.
Stephan Preishuber will remain with the team of the Wirtschaftsbund in the district of Vöcklabruck as deputy chairman. In addition, Preishuber will continue to exercise his office as chairman of the Chamber of Commerce in the district.
Mayer has been a committee member since 2010 and deputy state guild master for the Upper Austrian building guild since 2015. He is also a member of the district office committee of the Vöcklabruck Chamber of Commerce. “My goal is to further develop the district together with my team, to strengthen the companies and to promote regionality,” says the new district chairman.
