They not only invest in halls, but also in automation, the further development of their business model, in intelligent products and solutions. At the 29th edition of the Pegasus business prize, those companies that invest in the future will be honored. Around 150 companies have applied, the 40 mentioned here are in the running for the coveted trophies.
A jury selects the three winners in each category from the finalists. This includes the Pegasus partners RLB Oberösterreich, KPMG, Chamber of Commerce, State of Upper Austria, Federation of Industry, OÖN and last year’s winners. Fritz Schneider, a professor of economics from Linz, is the chair.
The winners will be chosen at the Business Gala Night on June 2nd in the Brucknerhaus in Linz. All entrepreneurs who have applied are also invited to the awards ceremony.
When it comes to hopes for the future, the three finalists are again subject to a voting in the hall. In the “Entrepreneur/Manager of the Year” category, the winner will be selected from all submissions. Also this year the “Pegasus in Crystal” will be awarded for entrepreneurial life’s work.
