Together with professional support, a market and location analysis is carried out and a master plan for vacant properties is developed. From this, usage concepts and also practical implementation concepts are to be developed.
From June, the consulting team will focus on a few key properties in the nine communities in close coordination with the political representatives of the communities. In discussions and on-site inspections with the owners of these properties, suggestions for promising, practice-oriented subsequent use concepts are to be developed, which not only bring about a significant upgrade for the individual property, but also significant impulses for the revitalization of the city and town centers in trigger the region. The usage concepts and measures will be presented in September 2022.
