The last chance for musical fans: Due to its great success, there will be two additional performances at the Musical Spring in Gmunden this year: Today and tomorrow, “The Woman in White” by Andrew Lloyd Webber can still be seen.
Director and artistic director Markus Olzinger is satisfied with this year’s balance sheet: “My thanks go to our phenomenal artists and all those involved, who do really excellent things here every evening.”
And while the ensemble is working on the last two performances, the artist couple Elisabeth Sikora and Markus Olzinger are already working on the musical spring 2023. The two do not want to reveal any details yet – Olzinger only reveals this much: “Next year there will be a musical in Gmunden for the first time – World premiere in cooperation with the New York Opera Society.”
