A serious accident occurred on Monday around 7 p.m. on the A1 in the construction site area Laakirchen West and Regau: Where the road is narrowed to two lanes due to construction work, a truck overturned in the early evening hours. The heavy vehicle may have touched the concrete guardrail beforehand and thus overturned. According to initial information, the driver suffered minor injuries. The affected section of motorway had to be completely closed for the rescue work until late in the evening on Monday. Traffic was diverted from the Autobahn near Regau.
