According to Csefan, he was “shocked” by the letter in which WKStA head Ilse-Maria Vrabl-Sanda recently terminated the cooperation with the SoKo. Precisely because the work with the WKStA has gone well again in the recent past. All allegations in Vrabl-Sanda’s letter are old, i.e. from 2020. For example, that the SoKo had been used to observe public prosecutors from the WKStA. That was just wrong. Such an observation “simply never existed”.
In addition to the letter, an anonymous input was received again because of bias, he explained: “It’s always the same pattern as attempts to attack the investigative authorities.” Csefan ruled out political influence on the judiciary or its authorities.
