A driver behaved ruthlessly on Sunday evening in Urfahr: The man at the wheel of a dark car drove partially onto the cycle path around 7:30 p.m. in the area where Dornacher Straße crosses Pulvermühlstraße and thus had a 13-year-old who was there with him was driving an e-scooter in the direction of Ferdinand-Markl-Straße, so frightened that the boy tore the handlebars of the scooter and fell.
The driver just kept driving
Instead of stopping and helping the injured student, the driver simply drove on in the direction of Ferdinand-Markl-Strasse. The boy was taken to Kepler University Hospital with unspecified injuries, police said on Monday morning. The Linz Traffic Inspectorate asks for relevant information by calling 059133 454800.
