A 26-year-old man from Poland behaved so aggressively there shortly before noon that the police were called. The accused did not calm down when officers arrived and threatened to arrest him. On the contrary: The 26-year-old tried to attack the police officers, who defended themselves with pepper spray. Because this only showed its effect belatedly, the man had to be restrained by four officers. He tried to free himself with kicks and punches.
The 26-year-old was finally taken to the Wels hospital, where he got angry again and kicked a police officer in the knee. After treatment in the hospital, the accused was taken to the Wels police detention center. The police officers were unharmed.
