Curry had been hired by Johnny Depp’s lawyers to prepare an expert opinion on Heard. Among other things, she checked health records and audio recordings and met the actress twice for tests. According to her assessment, “Heard tends towards emotional instability and sudden outbursts of anger, which could also be accompanied by violence. People with such a borderline personality disorder suffer from frequent, extreme mood swings.” According to experts, their behavior is impulsive and they often injure themselves.
Dawn Hughes (legal psychologist, witness for Heard):
“Amber Heard suffered from post-traumatic stress disorder due to violence she suffered at the hands of her ex-husband, Johnny Depp, including multiple sexual assaults.”
“Sexual assaults included being forced to perform oral sex and penetrating Depp with a liquor bottle.”
Much of the violence, Hughes said, stemmed from Depp’s obsessive jealousy. He insisted she avoid nude scenes if she worked at all, and accused her of having affairs with actors Billy Bob Thornton and James Franco. When she was working on a film, Depp would call the director and others on set and say he had “eyes” there that would report to him if she was inappropriately fraternizing.

“When he was sober, things were wonderful. When he wasn’t sober, they were terrible.” When Depp took drugs or drank alcohol, “there was almost always an argument.”
Kate Moss (ex-girlfriend of Depp)
“He never pushed me, kicked me or threw me down any steps.”
The court questioned Moss about an incident during the couple’s vacation in Jamaica. You left your room, Depp went before you, the British reported. She slipped and fell down a rain-soaked staircase. “And I screamed because I didn’t know what was happening and I was in pain,” said the 48-year-old. Depp ran to her, carried her back to her room and got medical help.
