Data leak not confirmed

Reports about leaked data from the Carinthian state servers that appeared on Friday had not yet been confirmed by the state. According to the Viennese IT security entrepreneur Sebastian Bicchi, however, entire files have been published, including ID cards, passports, corona tests and political position papers. The state of Carinthia has now brought cybercrime expert Granig, who heads the cyber security department at the consulting firm Grant Thornton Austria, on board.
