“At approximately 1:50 a.m. local time (2:50 a.m. Argentine time) today (Wednesday), a man was arrested near Judge Kavanaugh’s residence,” court spokeswoman Patricia McCabe said in a statement.

He told police he wanted to kill the judge, the Post noted.
According to the newspaper, the security forces had been informed of the danger it represented and they arrested him before he reached the judge’s house.
