15-year-olds attacked twelve-year-olds at the Wels train station

On Friday, the Ansfelden police arrested two 15-year-olds, an Austrian and a Russian, at their home addresses in the Linz-Land district. The minors are accused of assaulting, beating and stealing from a 12-year-old at Wels main station in April. During a check a few weeks later, the victim’s cell phone was secured from one of the alleged perpetrators.

With several punches in the face and a slap in the face, the suspects are said to have injured their twelve-year-old victim in mid-April and forced him to hand over his valuables. Several punches and kicks to the head and limbs left bruises all over the victim’s body. The 15-year-old Austrian is also said to have jumped with both legs on the body of the child who was crouched on the ground.

Despite the injuries, the injured boy neither reported him nor consulted a doctor. The arrest of the two suspects was now on the order of the public prosecutor’s office. The juvenile suspects were taken to the Linz prison.
