In the course of the search for the man, who was still unknown at the time, a report was made to the police about 20 minutes later that a person was lying on the sidewalk at Vöcklabruck train station. This person could be found and it turned out to be the one they were looking for.
During the subsequent investigation, the 37-year-old shouted at the officers and insulted them. He climbed over the fence of a property and wanted to evade the official act. The man was found on the property and subsequently arrested. He tried several times to kick the intervening officers.
The recalcitrant was taken to the Vöcklabruck police station. An alcohol test carried out on him gave an alcohol content of 2.06 per mille. The accused was admitted to the Wels prison by order of the Wels public prosecutor’s office.
